Building trust is a process. One event can’t create long-lasting trust, but it can kick start the process.
This 1/2 day event is the best way to initiate the culture change process – starting with the leadership team.
Designed for teams of 4-8, regardless of how long they’ve been together. There is always room to learn more about each other and build the foundation that a thriving organization needs.
We come to the location you set up based upon your group. We recommend offsite to eliminate the distractions that are hard to get away from in the office. Face-to-face is preferred, but we can work over online sessions for remote only teams.
Includes the DISC Comprehensive Online Assessment for each participant to help in the discovery process.
This session pairs well with the Core Values (Re)Discovery session and the DISC Training Workshop for Leaders.
