Each presentation was created to bring the audience into an interactive learning experience. Over the years I’ve found that the long monologue teaching style isn’t very effective.
Engaging the audience in the learning process is much more productive. When they become a part of the process, they get to practice the skills and gain confidence in a safe learning environment, which increases the chances of them actually using it when the need arises.
