I’m passionate about building up valued leaders that create healthy organizations filled with fully engaged employees.
I’ve always loved helping people which led to my bachelors in Psychology at CSU, Fresno. From there I was thrust into my first management role, without tools and without a lifeline. Luckily, a few employees helped me change my perspective on employees and understand what real leadership is. I then collected another degree, moved into Human Resources and began implementing what I had learned through leaders around me.
I’ve had the opportunity to move up through an organization from an entry level employee to upper management. I’ve worked with non-profits and businesses across several industries. I have consulted, taught workshops, given keynotes and led trainings in the US and abroad. Still, one thing stands out – leaders around the world are given the difficult task of leading others without the training and support to do it effectively. In short, they are set up to fail.
Through Launchable Leadership, I am committed to equipping leaders with tools and resources to help employees understand their potential, actively contributed to results and see the impact they are making. When this happens, when leaders help their team to feel valued, they become valued leaders.
