DISC IS A POWERFUL TOOL TO HELP YOUR REMOTE ONLINE TEAM WORK BETTER TOGETHER.
The DISC assessment is a measurement of your behavioral tendencies – how you go about doing things. Understanding the differences between ourselves and others helps create understanding and connection.
This program is designed specifically for remote online teams to help build the trust necessary to work effectively together.
Register online as the Team Leader and gain access to flexible outlines enabling you to break down the training into small increments or a half-day event. You’ll also gain access to training videos to share online during the event to explain and walk through every exercise for you, so you simply need to gather everyone online and hit play and pause between the exercises.
You do not need any formal training or presentation skills to create a great online DISC training, just:
- Purchase a workbook for each person on your team,
- register at www.DISC-u.org/onlineteamleader to access resources and video links and
- set up a team video conference.
Participant workbooks are available via bulk purchase here or individually through Amazon and shipped separately.
The workbook includes a Mini-DISC Assessment for each person to take during the training and score themselves. It is easy, included in each purchase, and identifies their primary DISC style.
Remote teams don’t get the chance to huddle around the water heater to connect and build trust. You need to be intentional in your efforts to draw your team together and help them work well as a true team. Implementing this program will help you do just that.
