FAIR USE LICENSE
PLEASE READ! (It’s short and kindly written)
By receiving any of our Facilitator Kit materials (i.e. book and associated forms, presentation tools, marketing resources, etc.) from or on behalf of Launchable Leadership, you have purchased a license to use these copyrighted outlines to provide pro-bono or paid training and workshops.
By using or adapting these outlines, you agree to honor the fair use provisions given here.
You may modify the outlines to add your own personal stories, notes to yourself, or to fit your clientele or presenting style. Following are five Fair Use guidelines you must adhere to, to use and/or modify these materials:
- You must purchase a new Facilitator Kit from LaunchableLeadership.com or an approved supplier (i.e. Amazon) in order to use these outlines. If you came by these resources in any other way, go online to LaunchableLeadership.com and purchase an original copy of your own. You may not give away, sell or transfer these Presenter Materials, or a customized version of these materials to others without written permission from Launchable Leadership. (If you’d like to make a custom version to be made available to others through Launchable Leadership, please contact us.)
- You may not remove the copyright or attribution to Jason Hedge and Launchable Leadership.
- Each individual workshop participant must purchase an original print of the appropriate participant workbook. You may not alter the course to eliminate the workbook or substitute other workbooks, and you may not photocopy pages out of the workbook or simply point and use them as handouts. (Selling workbooks is what allows us to continue to create helpful materials and resources for you and your clients.)
- You are encouraged to advertise workshops and trainings using your own personal and/or business name. You do not, however, have permission to represent yourself as Launchable Leadership, DISC-U.org or as a Launchable Leadership approved trainer without prior written permission. Please contact us with any inquiries or questions.
