Participant Materials
Teams use the DISC 2.0 book as the workbook (purchased via Amazon by default). The kit provides everything else.
Launch the rollout with alignment and energy—then your internal facilitators run the cadence.
Live evening session to build confident internal delivery, plus rehearsal and Q&A support.
Optional observation/co-facilitation + debrief so your first cohort launches cleanly.
How long is the rollout?
Most teams run the kit as 6 sessions × 90 minutes. That’s typically 6 weeks if weekly, or 10–12 weeks if every other week.
Can we run it internally without you present?
Yes. The kit is designed for internal facilitators and includes slides, facilitator guidance, and walkthroughs. You can also add Train-the-Facilitator support if you want extra confidence.
Do you offer a half-day or one-day option?
Yes. You can run a 4-hour foundation or 1-day practice lab as a kickoff or accelerator. For lasting adoption, we recommend pairing any workshop with the reinforcement cadence in the kit.
How do participants get the workbook/book?
Teams use the DISC 2.0 book as the participant workbook. By default, participants (or the company) purchase via Amazon. For large groups or onsite keynotes, bulk fulfillment can be arranged.
What team size works best?
The kit works best in cohorts (commonly 8–25). For larger populations, run a kickoff and then roll out multiple cohorts using the same facilitator system.
Is this remote-friendly?
Yes. The rhythm and exercises can be facilitated virtually, with small adjustments (breakouts, chat prompts, and shorter practice rounds).
What does “assessment workflow access” mean?
It means you get a clear process for: participant completion, interpreting results, and translating insights into team agreements and practical communication habits—so results don’t stay “interesting,” they get applied.
Can we customize the slides?
Yes—light customization (logo, examples, terminology) is fine. We recommend keeping the core flow intact so the cadence and reinforcement system remain consistent.
Can we add a kickoff keynote?
Yes. A kickoff keynote is a strong way to launch alignment and energy, then hand off delivery to your internal facilitators.
Can we train internal facilitators?
Yes. That’s the purpose of the Train-the-Facilitator Evening Cohort add-on: delivery practice, facilitation reps, and rollout Q&A support.
Tell us your team size and goals, and we’ll recommend the best rollout option.
