This page outlines the terms under which Strengths Exploration facilitator materials may be used. Please read carefully before leading your first workshop.
Strengths Exploration — Fair Use License
By receiving these materials from or on behalf of Strengths Exploration and Launchable Leadership, you have purchased a license to use these copyrighted outlines to provide pro-bono or paid training and workshops. By using or adapting these outlines, you agree to honor the fair use provisions given here.
You may modify the outlines to add your own personal stories, notes, or to fit your clientele or presenting style. The following five guidelines must be followed:
You must purchase a license from Launchable Leadership to use these outlines. You may not give away, sell, or transfer these Presenter Materials — or a customized version — to others without written permission from Launchable Leadership.
You may not remove the copyright or attribution to Jason Hedge and Launchable Leadership from any materials you use or adapt.
Each individual workshop participant must purchase their own copy of the Strengths Exploration Participant Workbook for the appropriate edition. You may not substitute other workbooks or photocopy pages out of the workbook for use as handouts. The workbooks are available on Amazon in six editions — Couples, Team, Family, Church, School, and General.
You are encouraged to advertise workshops using your own personal and/or business name. You do not have permission to represent yourself as a Launchable Leadership approved trainer or to use the Strengths Exploration brand name as if you are an official representative, without prior written permission from Launchable Leadership.

The Strengths Exploration Participant Workbook is available in six editions, each tailored to its specific context. Participants must purchase the edition that matches the workshop they are attending.
