Do I need to be a DISC expert to use this kit? No. The videos walk you through every section before you deliver it, so you’re never guessing what to say or do next. Regardless of how well you know DISC, you can lead a workshop tomorrow.
What video conferencing platforms does this work with? Any platform that allows screen sharing — Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, GoToMeeting, Webex, or similar. Level 2 exercises require virtual breakout rooms, which are available on Zoom and most major platforms.
Does the kit include a DISC assessment? The participant workbook includes the DISC Mini-Assessment — a self-scoring tool that helps each person identify their primary DISC style. For a full validated assessment, you can optionally pair this kit with a paid DISC Assessment from DISC-U.org.
How many participants can I run this with? There is no limit on group size. The kit has been used with small teams and large groups. The Geometric Times icebreaker works best with groups of 4 or more.
Can I use this kit more than once? Yes. Your purchase gives you ongoing access to the resource page. You can run the workshop as many times as you like for your own organization or clients.
What if I already have the DISC Facilitator Training Kit? The Online Training Kit is specifically adapted for virtual delivery. If you primarily work with in-person groups, the DISC Facilitator Training Kit may be a better fit. If you work with remote or hybrid teams, this kit was built for you.
