DISC gives your team a shared language for the differences that cause friction, miscommunication, and disconnection. This kit makes it simple to deliver that experience yourself — no training background needed, no consultant to hire, no complicated setup.
Gather your team on a video call. Hit play. Work through it together.

Order one per participant before your session. That’s the only prep your team needs to do.
HOW IT WORKS
- Order a workbook for each team member on Amazon
- Schedule a video call on Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, or any platform that lets you share your screen
- Open the workshop playlist, share your screen, and hit play — the videos guide your team through every session
You do not need to be a DISC expert. You do not need presentation experience. If you can run a video call and share your screen, you are ready to run this workshop.
WHAT YOUR TEAM WALKS AWAY WITH
Teams that work remotely miss the hallway conversations, the lunch table moments, and the hundred small daily interactions that help people understand each other. That missing context can show up as friction — miscommunication, misread intentions, and teammates who don’t quite click even when they’re working hard.
DISC can close that gap. After the workshop your team will understand why they respond to things differently, what each person needs to do their best work, and how to communicate across those differences without it turning into a personality conflict.
This is not a one-time event. Use the workshop with your current team, then use the self-study guide to bring every new team member up to speed.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
The DISC Remote Team Training Workshop was created by Jason Hedge, founder of Launchable Leadership and a DISC training facilitator with more than 13 years of experience. It was designed specifically for teams that work remotely — not adapted from an in-person program, but built from the ground up for the realities of video calls, distributed schedules, and teams that rarely or never share the same physical space.
The assessment framework used in this workshop is based on the DISC model originally developed by William Moulton Marston, measuring four primary behavioral tendencies: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. Research has consistently shown DISC to be a reliable and practical tool for improving communication and team dynamics.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need to know DISC to run this workshop? No. The videos guide your team through every session. Your job is to gather the team, share your screen, and hold space for the conversation. The content does the rest.
What video platform does this work with? Any platform that allows screen sharing — Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, GoToMeeting, Webex, or similar. No special software or integrations required.
How many people can participate? There is no limit. The workshop works for small teams of 4 and larger groups as well. The Geometric Times exercise works best with at least 4 participants.
Can I use this kit more than once? Yes. Your purchase gives you ongoing access to the leader resource page. Use it with your current team, use it again when new members join, use it next year for a refresher. There is no limit on how many times you can run the workshop for your own organization.
What if someone misses the workshop? The self-study guide is included in every participant workbook. New or absent team members can work through the content independently and then use the structured prompts to connect with existing team members and learn about the team’s DISC makeup. No one has to feel left out.
Does each participant need their own workbook? Yes. Each person needs their own copy of the DISC Remote Team Training Workbook to take the Mini-Assessment and complete the exercises. Order on Amazon at https://amzn.to/4tgRb66 — one per participant.
Can I use this kit to run paid workshops for clients? This kit is licensed for use within your own organization or team. For paid external facilitation rights please review the Fair Use License included on the resource page or contact Jason directly at [email protected].
