Description
DISC Remote Team Training Workbook
The workbook your team works through together during the DISC Remote Team Training Workshop. Each participant needs their own copy.
WHAT’S INSIDE
- DISC Mini-Assessment — a self-scoring assessment that helps each person identify their primary DISC style during the workshop
- Session exercises — guided activities for every workshop session, designed to be completed as a group over video call
- Reflection pages — space for personal notes and insights throughout the training
- Quick Reference takeaway — a one-page summary of DISC styles and communication reminders participants keep after the workshop
- Self-Study Guide — a structured catch-up guide for new team members who join the team after the workshop has already run
HOW IT WORKS
The team leader purchases one workbook per participant before the workshop. During the session, participants open their workbook and follow along as the training videos play. Everything they need is inside — no printing, no extra materials, no prep beyond having the workbook in hand.
New team members who missed the original workshop use the Self-Study Guide to work through the content independently, then connect with existing team members using the structured prompts to learn about the team’s DISC makeup.
WHO NEEDS THIS WORKBOOK
This workbook is for participants in the DISC Remote Team Training Workshop. If you are the team leader running the workshop, visit the product page for the full Leader Kit — the workbook is included for your own use as a participant, but the kit gives you access to the training videos, playlist, schedules, and leader resource page your team needs.
Team leaders purchasing for a group: order one copy per team member. The workbook is available individually or in bulk — contact [email protected] for bulk pricing on orders of 10 or more.
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
The DISC Remote Team Training Workshop was created by Jason Hedge, founder of Launchable Leadership, with more than 13 years of DISC facilitation experience. The workshop and workbook were built specifically for remote and hybrid teams — not adapted from an in-person program, but designed from the ground up for teams that work across distances.
The DISC model measures four primary behavioral tendencies — Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness — and has been used in organizational development and team training for decades. Understanding these tendencies helps teams communicate more clearly, reduce friction, and work together more effectively regardless of where they are located.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need the Leader Kit to use this workbook? The workbook works alongside the Leader Kit, which the team leader purchases separately. The leader accesses the training videos and resource page — participants just need this workbook. If you are unsure whether your team leader has the kit, ask them before ordering your own copy.
Can I use this workbook more than once? The workbook is designed for single use — participants write in it throughout the workshop. If your team runs the workshop again with new members, each new participant needs their own fresh copy.
What if I missed the workshop? The Self-Study Guide inside the workbook was built for exactly this situation. Work through the content on your own, then use the structured prompts to connect with your teammates and learn about the team’s DISC styles. You won’t feel left out for long.
